The goal of our Early Career (EC) section is to create a community to those in the first few years of their career. We work closely together with our mentorship, research/academic and FiT groups to support academic and professional development goals.

Together we have created a webinar series focused on EC/FiT topics such as transitioning into attending role, work life balance, and academic development. Many EC members also participate in other sections of WiTMCS, which offers plenty of opportunities to take part in original research projects, conference symposia or position statements. We also offer a mentor-mentee matching database to identify research and professional development mentors among our WiTMCS members.
